Embedding video to a link on twitter tweet

I came across this post from a twitter user while ago.
I was wondering how I could be able to add video to a link on twitter

The video is playable when clicked, but opens in a web tab.

The actual link/url content shows up also.

Any idea pls?

example not nsfw content. It can be a custom panel. Because this does not happen in the media studio area.

Sign up for twitter ads. You don't have to pay but you need a valid credit card. On the twitter ads page look for "tweet composer" on the creatives tab. This way you can post tweets like this.

Thanks dude. When it defines a 0 limit virtual card, the relevant field is opened. Creatives --> Tweet Composer

I might be missing something but I think it should be as simple as copy-pasting the URL of the video to embed it on a tweet.

Yes this is one of the Twitter Ads creatives, there's plenty of them. Twitter Studio has Copy-paste clickable url inside video but Ads have other Cards such as one above.

How many followers do you have on the account that you tried that? Seems like it's not for everyone
