Yeah, you can use rankerx or GSA to do it. But it is works for tier 3 only. If you need to build a quality links for tier 1, you try by manually.

Gsa Ser, been around for years, plenty of updatesGSA Ser, RankerX, MoneyRobot, SeNuke, SEO Autopilot (or whatever its name is, I don't remember)... there are many link building pieces of software, you just have to look it up

To be honest, I'm not in favor of bots for link-building but many people I know use rankerx, so it could work for you too.

Mainly - NEVER point the links directly to your money site. Instead, use them to power up web 2.0/buffer sites parasite pages, GBP pages, cloud storage links etc.

Used GSA and sent links to your pbn, for more security, I use the pbn in level 2 which points to 1 blog post present on 1 big site. To find spots use scrapbox let's say to push sites that talk about SEO, you have to look for spots that talk about SEO in all languages. And not only in your language

It depends on where you are going to use it. If it is a money-making site, then nobody would recommend it to you because it is a risky tactic. Always use manual, relevant link-building for your money; the most important thing is quality and relevance, and Google places a high value on them.
