Why Low Traffics ?

I have a forum but the traffic is too small while there is two hundred above content inside.

the domain name is free and i build a few backlinks

should I continue creating content or should build more backlinks?

I think you have work with primium domain I mean (.com) domain. Google always provide first priority for primium domain.
