they don't need to be the best replicas i would prefer a better price over better quality as i am not promoting them as authentic

Why do you need to pay in crypto?

If you can find them on alibaba - what about if you find someone who can pay with their payment method, and you pay him in crypto?

For example, I may be able to do that, but first I'd need to evaluate all risk/benefits.

You can find suppliers that accept PayPal or other banking applications like transferwise, then exchange your crypto, keep the balance there and pay your supplier. Win win

I think my bank would be suspicious if I suddenly started spending a lot of money at places like dhgate or alibaba, I would rather just keep it simple and have it all in my crypto wallet

Super late reply, I know but if you need it. I can accept the crypto and send it to your supplier with my bank account in RMB/Chinese Yuan.
