I want a working and scalable code that can automatically pull headlines and some parts of spefcific news articles to an excel file.

Questions: How much it depends on the websites rss or api ?
How much volume that we can scale?
Lets say I wanna start with 20 websites will maintaning the code be hard on the middle term (1-6 months) bc of the uptades.
How much would it cost? (give a fair price, keep in mind that u gotta teach me to use it, if u will succeed I have much more gigs to introduce u)
