Impossible to answer as we have several different packages and endless niches. The rule of thumb is the stronger links you buy the higher traffic you get. If you are paying less than $100 for a link placement then don't expect the traffic to be high either.

No. Even if the site owners allow it then I'm not going to entertain such requests as I think it's unreasonable and I don't offer article rewriting services here as some paragraphs can be hundreds of words long.

The rewriting would be in me. I would just provide you with the new text. For me the problem is none of the sellers I tried here is able to provide a good anchor placement. Sometimes they put the anchor text in totally irrelevant articles, or even append them to a random paragraph. They all look super spammy. That's is why I didn't seem my request unreasonable, but I see your point
