How would you market this?

I buy and sell domains as a side hustle/hobby and it's usually a game of patience......you set up your landers, use Afternic and wait for the offers or someone to hit the BIN button

These type of Geo domains don't really go for that much when doing outbound - usually in the low to mid xxx range.....Could be you are asking to much for them? Without knowing your asking price this is a guess...Are they all hand registrations? Or did buy some on the aftermarket/auctions?

If they are all hand regs then you can get a decent ROI in this range if you sell enough

Also when you are doing outbound are you including a link to the sales lander? A good one is DAN......have you set up for sale landers for all of them? You might get a few offers or BIN from type in's while you are doing outbound.

It's a numbers game mate - you need to hit every single lead in those areas multiple times and direct them to your sales landers and see what sticks

The average yearly sell through rate for a good quality domain portfolio is around 1% - 2%

Might be worth making a few calls to them if you can as well......

GL with them
I have considered sending links, however, I don't want to spam with links. For each area, there are about 4 domains. I have been trying to just start the conversation with the businesses however no one is answering the cold emails.

I did not purchase them, I had a business person contact me asking for help. I am seeing what BHW thinks in terms of marketing them.I would not buy 3k with no strategy in place lol
Then... your business partner purchased the domains and now he doesn't know what to do whit them. What was the initial plan? This is the question you should ask that guy.
Flipping domains is a kind of thing I heard people make money but I don't know any case in real life.

yea I have been it using it for 2 months now. It has been very useful tool! you can target any city/state/country you like
do you use the captcha breaker as well? or just the contact form software?

Yeah there was no plan

just purchase them and then do marketing. But after ad costs there would be not profit remaining on the domains. That’s why I’m trying to figure out a shoe string budget solution that is more hands on grunt work.

I am using 2captcha at the moment, but I am considering buying XEvil soon.
Interesting, what makes you want to switch?

What kind of conversion rate are you seeing with the contact form to reply to your message?

When using 2captcha you have to keep refilling it with money so that it keeps running. XEvil is a program you can install, so it's a one-time payment and it keeps running 24/7 if you have a vps.

The conversion rates depend on the product/service your offering, but I would say the average is between 25-30 replies everyday. After a while the replies slowly decrease.

Last spoon feed and then I get to work. Can you private message me an example of what you put in your message? It can be for a company that sells glue. Just like a dummy message lol

curious if my wording is just off

It’s local domains for doctors in cities all across the United States. For example SanDiegoPediatrics.com

Tried cold emailing but not getting any replies, looking for some other creative ideas. We have over 3,000 domains spread across the United States.

Show up in person, well dressed and leave some sort of informational material, very well designed, explaining all the benefits of these domains. Any other way is probabily not going to work very well. Cold mails are easy and spammy. Plus, in a lot of places, illegal.

Yeah that would work for local domains. But I can’t travel to all 50 states and all the cities. I would be traveling to thousands of cities.

At least you know the message is getting where it should! :D

Cold emailing works pretty good.

Try to not use to many spammy words, capitalized letters etc. to avoid the spam folder. For the captcha solving I've been using DBC for a long time no issues.

Good luck!

Buy a good wp theme (astra)
Build out one good site, use ai for content and seo etc.
Outsource dev who can clone all 2999 sites to replace relevant keywords within site.

Then instead of selling domains your selling pre made local geo made websites to professionals.

Market the fact that it will bring in more clients and more money for minimal cost. Done.
