Could you monetize a resused shorts content channel eventually?

No. they have copyright detection

Yes, that could work for subscribers gain. You got that right, need to delete all shorts before YPP submission or you’ll be hit with “reused content” rejection notice.

At least you’ll increase the genuine subs with that method.
