Gmail is quite strict with cold emailing these days because their spam filters are becoming stronger every day. Technically, you need 10 to 20 Gmail accounts to test out your emailing strategy.

Each Gmail account should be able to handle between 50 to 250 emails per day.

What if I use a mass email service like Instantly or Gmass?

You can insert a Google Docs link that has another link pointing to your affiliate link.
Don't like Google Docs? Use a Twitter tweet or maybe a YouTube video. Be creative.

Don't use a fresh/new domain. It will be flagged as it doesn't have any reputation.
