Only one-month old... I would not buy it.

After 4 months, if stats continued improving I would give it $500.

There are a lot of variables but it's usually about the revenue it's generating. You can ask between 2x to 5x of yearly revenue according to site age, niche, quality, articles etc.

If there is no revenue, it's only domain value, and for a new domain it wouldn't worth much. I also see that it's .ro extension, that's hard to sell.
