most sellers here will advise you to stick to 4g proxys when making
accounts as the ips are judged more authentic

Proxies, definitely. The higher quality, the safer for your accounts. I think that both mobile and resident proxies will work, it all depends on how many accounts you need. For more mass registration it is better to use mobile proxies, for single accounts I think it would be better to take static proxies and put one proxy per one account. These are general recommendations.

You need 4G rotating proxies because they are more secure and anonymous and an anti detect browser so that your IP address and fingerprint may not get detected. I would suggest you to use a different proxy for each profile.

+1 for Residential proxies. Data center IPs are easily detectable. Also, most VPNs are highly abused.

Same way as any other proxy. You usually get ip: port or ip: port:user: pass details which you enter into your software.
