Basically yes.

1. Either the developer has a B2B SAAS idea they wish to take to market or i can work with them developing one.

2. I take it to market to get proof of concept and then we scale, including, if needed, getting investment to scale further.

3. Split profit 50/50.

I only wish to work with coders, who want to build their own B2B SaaS. If you are not a coder this is not a JV for you.
