Hi David,
I'm working at a website for like the past four years that earned me pretty good money (I actually lived from it for the past two years).
However, for the past 6 months, it has been affected by the last Google updates and now the earnings are the lowest ever.
It has so much potential. Honestly, I love working on it. I and my team actually became experts in that niche.
But damn, it feels so unmotivated to go to the bottom again and it feels like we're doing something wrong.
Do you think it is worth the struggle to revive the website?
We're constantly working to improve the old content and make everything perfect but there's not much progress so far and the volume of work is insane.
Do you think is possible to make that website work again if it has been affected by these updates?
I don't know. I see people saying "don't give up", "work your ass", "good things will come with time", but it feels like Google don't appreciate the efforts we put it.
What do you say? Should we continue with the website? Start a new one?
I'd love to know your input on this. I'd need a bit of motivation honestly!
