Elementor works only when logged in WP

Elementor only works when I'm logged in on WordPress, and when doing site.com/?nocache, but not when logged out.

Seems like a cache issue, although I've already cleared it via WP Rocket plugin, purged cache in Cloudflare and did Regenerate CSS in Elementor. Any suggestions on how to fix it, please?

Do you mean ipconfig/flushdns on my machine? Didn't help. Or server-side?
