Anyone here run a Uber Eats restaurant or Ghost Kitchen?

I'm testing out a new concept I trialed on a buddy's local restaurant

Had pretty amazing results, but the market was a pretty small, and looking to test this on bigger markets, or just more diverse markets in general.

It's completely free and costs nothing for me to test, I'm selling absolutely nothing.

For my initial testing I've just been researching the Uber Eats algorithm.

I do plan to expand to DoorDash and Grubhbub as well as Postmates in the future but for now, just UE.
