Has anyone been doing Astral Projection, is it real?

I have a friend who keeps blabbing to me about astral projection and how he did it and how he left his body and started swinging thru walls, I didn't really listen much to him until i searched today on Internet and found an entire community of such guys since there's over 250k of them I don't think it's a lie I guess?

Not everything that is useful goes mainstream, i know for many helpfull stuff that many didn't hear baout, i also had lucid dreaming and this seems like out of body expirience, and i am quite of person who is really interested in my own body, so this is something really interesting to me. I will start trying to see if this actually can happen, as i am someone who deeply believes in spirituality.

If you ever get depressed I hope you never do and a doctor put you on very strong anti depression tablets many compliant to there doctor that the pills give them out of body exspirence.

According to the clients there felling a side effect that there sitting on there own celling and watching there self looking down.

So many have complain the same out of body exspirence.

Not happen to me but so many it has happen to.

So out of body exspirence is real very scary.

When we sleep it like a whole film, if you dream some people don't, in dreams we can be our own character and do things not human possable, very strange shit.

Basically, they concentrate on keeping their counciousness awake when their bodies go to sleep and try to somehow get out of body, and they actually see everything around theirselves, can go to other people apartments and so on
