[Selenium, Puppeteer] I need to create BOT that sends a form on a website

You need to write a bot that sends a form on the site.
The task seems simple, but in reality it is not so easy.

1. 5 simple text fields, source data from txt or csv.
2. Emulation of manual actions.
3. The total execution time is no more than 45-50 seconds.
4. Preferably Selenium or Puppeteer, but options are possible.
5. Multithreading.

Difficulties:
1. Yandex Smart Captcha.
2. Anti-fraud (unknown to me).
3. The form is opened for about 50 seconds only once every 3 days. So, testing is difficult. It is advisable to solve it on the first try. I have a dump of the page with the form.

I tried to write it myself, but it didn't work out. It turned out to be a very difficult task. I'm looking for someone who can do this.
