You can't recover the traffic easily. You can just try making backlinks but it's still not guaranteed. Instead, write more articles.

Write more SEO optimized articles targeting low competition keywords, and avoid use of AI writing tools.
Build some backlinks on High traffic blogs via guest posts.

thanks, for backlink, should I target link into the page that I wanna to rank, or just target into homepage will be better?

Check if there is any technical issues on your site, first you should recorrect it and build your backlinks with high quality content which engaging your target audience.

try to find the leak, did one page lose traffic or the drop is sitewide? did you lose organic traffic or social/referral traffic? check if all of your pages are up and running. check if there wasn't a big change in the loading speed.

identify the issue before proceeding to its solution

I think there is no way to get recover but the only way is to write more articles then optimize your site, and use some good backlinks.

Some quality full backlink help you this time. In this forum you can easily buy backlink. Post on marketplace.

You can recover from this issues by following these steps :
Check for technical issues using tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
Analyze your website's content and make sure it's up-to-date, engaging, and optimized for search engines.
Review your backlinks to ensure they're not negatively impacting your website's ranking.
Analyze your competitors' websites to identify opportunities to improve your own.
Focus on user experience by ensuring your website is easy to navigate, loads quickly, and is mobile-friendly.

Try a new one and wait for years
