I'm currently suffering from shiny object syndrome and I'm looking for a new project to run in the background,
I have a ton going on with the Content Agency, and half a dozen websites and currently living the Digital Nomad lifestyle in a van traveling around Australia with 2 kids and a wife.
However, I've been mulling over this idea for a long time, I just haven't finalized a niche as yet, but I do know what I'm looking for and how I'm going to get to the end goal.
I have some money to invest after flipping my Outdoors website last year for a Mid 6 figure exit.
What I Want To Achieve
An initial content website, not affiliate related, but with potential for commercial intent.
I need this site to be as good as it's possible to be, and I've broken this down into 4 buckets for success.
Content
Quality Content - What does that even mean these days? Well, in my opinion, it's content that speaks from personal experience, has a strong conversational engaging style, is backed up with research, facts, stats, history, and tables, and is visually appealing. I have a team and SOPs to achieve this.
On-Page SEO Mastery of Pillar Content - I use SurferSEO and POP, and both have advantages and disadvantages. Personally, I'm preferring Surfer at the moment. Every keystone big volume keyword will be optimized by one of these tools.
Authority - I'll use careful planning to optimize for Authority stacking. Essentially creating 10 - 30 posts that are primarily focused on supporting the pillar post pieces mentioned above. For example, my Pillar Content is about caring for Orchids, I'll find 10 - 30 zero or low search volume questions related to orchid care and create an article for each of these questions. This content will link to each other and also link to my pillar piece. They will not link to external sources or link to other articles outside of the Orchid care topic. The Pillar Content can and will link to other authority external sites. This tactic sends a strong authority signal to google saying I've covered everything related to Orchid care and that I'm the expert on this subject.
To create this content I'll use my team and some automation tools. The Pillar content will be manually crafted and optimized. The supporting content will use my custom scripts to bulk create it, but it'll also be manually reviewed by someone on my team. The tool utilizes what it finds already ranking in google to ensure factual accuracy, so I'm fairly sure the manual checks will be minimal, but it's still important with AI content.
Visually Appealing - I'll again use my existing agency team and SOPs to optimize the content. Text boxes, tables, quotes, stats, bullet points, bold text, short paragraphs, images etc. Everything will need to be on point.
The idea is to create the best content for the topic.
On-Page EEAT
While EEAT is probably not a ranking factor, it's likely a factor that will reduce the chances of the site being slapped in a google update, so to that end:
Backlinks
HARO and Outreach performed by my Team. I'll likely utilise the method I laid out here https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/h...-free-with-no-outreach.1482507/#post-16199239

What I Want To Achieve
An initial content website, not affiliate related, but with potential for commercial intent.
- Year 1: Content Site - 1,500 quality articles (more on this later). Strong brand and featuring myself as the face of the business.
- Year 2: Youtube, TikTok, Podcast - At least one of these vectors, possibly all three. Again strong brand and use me as the face of the business.
- Year 3: Addon E-commerce, Digitial Products or Courses. The niche may heavily influence this, E-Commerce would likely need to be Australia based, which may limit the niche selection.

On-Page EEAT
While EEAT is probably not a ranking factor, it's likely a factor that will reduce the chances of the site being slapped in a google update, so to that end:
- Schema for a physical address in the footer and contact number
- Multiple email addresses are available on the About and Author pages marked with Schema
- Schema for author bios
- Real Author photos and real background information
- Links to social profiles
- Links to Google Books and Amazon books that the authors have published on the niche (this is surprisingly easy to do and do it for most of my websites now) Amazon and from memory I think Google books also allow a link back to your site.
- Links to Scholarly articles published by the Authors on the niche (I've never done this before, so we'll see what's possible)
- Active social profiles
Backlinks
HARO and Outreach performed by my Team. I'll likely utilise the method I laid out here https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/h...-free-with-no-outreach.1482507/#post-16199239

- Career development: A website focused on providing education and resources for individuals looking to advance their careers or switch to a new career path. The site could potentially offer courses or digital products on career development, resume writing, and job search strategies.
- Personal growth: A website focused on providing education and resources for personal growth and self-improvement, covering topics such as goal-setting, time management, and productivity. The site could potentially offer courses or digital products on personal development practices.
- Parenting: A website focused on providing education and resources for parenting, covering topics such as child development, discipline, and education. The site could potentially offer courses or digital products on parenting techniques and child psychology.
- Sustainable fashion: Sustainable fashion is an emerging trend that promotes ethical and eco-friendly practices in the fashion industry, including reducing waste, using sustainable materials, and ensuring fair labor practices.
- Jewelry: I have some experience with this in the past and the competition in Australia is much less than let's say UK.
Let me know your thoughts.
