In my opinion, you don't use your domain mail.

If you have a decent budget for getting guest posts, then always use your domain email because personally when somebody emails me with an email address ending with gmail.com, I simply don't reply because almost every one of them are willing to pay just $5 or $10.

You can use any one, web-mail or personal.
mostly people don't differentiate in these while collaborating. but there's some people who give priority to custom web-mails (your domain mail)
