In real world, a 50 50 chance of something means it will either happen or not happen.. In mailing, when you tell someone that chances of inbox is 50 50, it means that inbox is not guaranted. In mailing, its either inbox or spam.

If I told him achieving inbox in QQ stands at a 50 50 chance, then it means im not guaranteeing him inbox.. He may get inbox or land in spam.

He also mentioned it that he tested it and his mail landed in spam. Meaning he got his mail. it only went to the spam folder.

With all my emails, and I have tons of them, I never look in the spam folder because that is where spam goes.

With all due respect, I want you to understand the real bone of contention here.

1) This is bulk mailing that I'm offering.

2) I never stated anywhere on or off this forum to him or anyone that ALL his mails will go inbox. In bulk mailing, mails can go to the inbox or spam. Quote me anywhere, no one can give u all inbox in bulk mailing.

3) Receiving mail in a spam folder doesn't automatically make an email a spam mail. I still receive legitimate mails in my spam folder which I move to the inbox myself.

4) Even blackhatworld news comes to my spam folder.

I know that the spam folder is not the inbox folder. The bone of contention here is that
a) He said his email went to spam. Thats why he opened the shitlist.

b)My own defense is that he was told before hand to expect a 50 50 chance of delivery to QQ mails. Meaning that mails can go inbox or spam. I never assured him 100% inbox. I told him that with my server, expect a 50 50 chances of delivery. Meaning your emails can go to inbox or spam. That is all..

What would help me understand is that you have somewhere written that some of those "inboxes" are actually going to go to the spam folder.

QQ mailbox is the box in question here. Its a free email provider in China if I am not mistaken. It is stated on my sales thread that anything free email providers are not guaranteed. Its there. If you want you can check my sales thread.

We have millions of mail boxes out there. My servers have high delivery rate in company emails/domain mails. During the review process of my servers, everything was made clear and its quality haven't reduced one bit. Its also stated on my sales thread.

Just because he didnt have inbox on QQ, doesn't make my servers less of what they are.

@googgle2, you misunderstand what a 50/50 chance means. A 50% chance of something happening does not mean "it may or may not happen", it means that it should occur 50% of the time that it has been attempted.

If there's a 50% chance of the emails going through, then that means if you send 100 emails, roughly 50 of them should go through. You can expect there to be some margin of error, but all of the emails going to spam is just broken.

Refund them and you can get unbanned. Next time, don't use statistics when advertising your services because it is clear that you don't understand them.

You are bending me to accept this from your point of view and it is a wrong analysis to make. Read our chats. Even on my thread, anything free email providers is not guaranteed. I made it known. QQ is a free email provider in China.

This is bulk mailing. How many mails did he send to ascertain that.. 20, 30 or what? The server he bought was for 150,000 emails daily. @medialounge on the first page said something very true about the situation. If theres a 50 50 chance of delivery then mail will either land in either inbox or spam. I am sorry but theres no way I am doing a full refund to this guy.

Even after this shitlist was made, he kept using the servers until I decided to temporary shut it down. If you decide to keep me banned, then I didnt get a fair hearing. Thank you.
