So you own the manufacturer, or it's just a processing factory? if you have contact with the factory, you might want to make some unique clothes or smth similar, it works pretty well as a niche in my country

However if you get to big and do not hide your identity the company can sue you since what you are doing is against the companies policy and can say you stole intellectual property but that is just hearsay and may or may not hold up in court. However It is legal to use aliases to stay anonymous on the internet. And there is no law against selling counterfeit goods, uncle Sam cannot disclose where you get your money from as long as it is legal , however there are laws against false advertising as well as some copyright issues that will not under any circumstance lead to criminal charges just civil action. Do not listen to what this guy is saying he is absolutely wrong just do not go to door selling fake stuff if you give someone a reason to go after you they will. There are plenty of people who sell replicas and plenty of people who buy them knowing its fake. No one wants to spend 1k on a pair of shoes.
