I received a review copy of this niche list/niche research ebook.
Niches are subdivided in a main/broader category and then in subcategories with lists of niche ideas.
As other reviewers said, the list can be great for an Amazon affiliate promotion website but imo also for a Print On Deman/POD seller as there are A LOT of ideas in fashion niche and for lots of product types that you can sell on online stores (if you are into Shopify and managing stuff by yourself) or in third party POD stores.
Beyond that, as the niches in the list are a lot and cover several topic areas going from fashion to technology niche and lot of other topics, this will help when choosing for a niche, eventually validating the ideas in the list with a SEO tool and checking traffic and competition: I've checked some, tho, and there definitely are opportunities and mid/low-competition niches.
Given the low cost of the ebook and how it can help in choosing a niche for a new website (or for expanding an existing website) I think that this product is well worth the low price, both for finding new ideas and for saving time for researching.
