As Tiktok has continued to grow and favour new people in their algorithm i'm struggling a lot more to grow than I used to, i've managed to build up a large following which helps me always reach a lot of new people even though some weeks/month I may not get many views i'm going through a period right now of many succesful videos i've got around 7-8m views just the last 7 days but only grow about 1,000 new followers (most of these videos were above 80% non followers) & i'm wondering what I can do or if there's anything I can do to capitalise on these numbers as i'd love to hit my big goal of 1m followers

Create more meaningful or quality contents. I am sure one of these days you will make it. Just be consistent and engage with your audience.

engage more with your followers they love that and they will feel apreciated and make them share more your content, if you have other social media try to redirect them there and follow famous video trends then is just patience since sometimes the number can grow fast and then seems like you are not growing at all, but you have big numbers also try to do some colabs that can give you an extra boost.

Based on what i saw working with my brands, make sure to mimic other brands or people that are in your industry. For example use the same hashtags and same music that is viral from your competitors, and make similar content but with your own twist. Ideally would be to post 3-5 times a day. My brands grow from 0-50k in 1-2 months, fairly easily organically by using this strategy. Also, in my videos, i always make sure to have captions where people need to follow and comment my videos, which increases engagement and followers.

Engage with your audience and make them feel involved with your video creation, i like to use "reply with video" feature a lot as it makes them feel like you are listening to them. Also make sure you are engaing with the first few comments of every video you are posting.
I tried CPA for a bit and made some good money but recently they've been removing links from US accounts and some people were getting temp banned so I removed it. Otherwise I made a bit from creator fund (obviously not loads) and recently signed with management bringing some campaigns my way.
Yeah i've got the whole strategy down, funnily enough I grew a brand account recently and did the same managed to hit 70k in a couple months but on my main it just has waves of doing well or not. May I ask what CTA's you use to get people to follow? That's something i'm not doing as I just tried it in the past and it didn't really seem to work but willing to try again

Yeah it's what I did in the past but I haven't gone live for a long time and only done it 2/3 times in the past, maybe i'll try it out again
