Hi guys and gals!

Haven't posted in a while, I have been busy with my online service based business. When I started I only read threads here on the site and implemented and I have reached around 7k USD per month recurring revenue. Now I am having trouble scaling past that. I have just been doing LinkedIn outreach and cold email. Are there any ways I can generate more leads? Thanks for the info in advance.

It depends on the type of business you're running.

If everything can be done on auto-pilote, yes it can be automated using cold email or LinkedIn automations tools.

If it requires human interaction, calls, virtual meetings...you can hire VAs, employees or some affiliates.

If you can provide further details, you'll get accurate answers.

Basically the type of business and clients you have could be filtered in someway and then scraped into a csv file and you will have all the leads you need to contact.

I am not still big enough like you so i can suggest you on anything on scaling but as for getting leads basically you can just have to filter all the leads from rest of the LinkedIn.

This could easily be done through a python script or even some JavaScript.

For calling or emailing them you could hire VAs but you would have to trains them to your level of expertise.

Paid lead-gen using FB ads. It's a mytth that you can't do B2B advertising on FB because why not? decisioon makers use facebook, too. You might want to use the built in lead gen format, so users don't have to go externally from FB (or IG) to enter their information. Depending on your business and targeting, you could be spending as low as 2$ for a lead.
Also be sure to add questions to filter out useless leads.

I used to do it manually. Send connection message, once accepted send 1st message, if no reply send 2nd message after 2 days and so on. I just found a tool that does this automatically so huge time saved there.

1. Closely - I purchased it on their Lifetime deal. They don't offer the lifetime deal anymore.
2. 200 per day through 4 emails and 2 domains. Each email sends 50 emails per day max.

Yes, There are a lot of softwares you can use by just searching it on google. One popular software is Woodpecker.

Jokes aside, good job first of all!
If you haven't already, start using a CRM, it will be a bit confusing at first, but it's a must when scaling.
Create a very clear process of lead acquisition.
Once the process is clear, you can scale it two ways, either automation or outsourcing it ( if it involves calling people fx.)
Tip - you will have to do both, but don't get lost in trying to perfect it.

Thanks for this info. I am looking into using a CRM currently. I have a LTD with a CRM similar to go high level but haven't really used it. All of the leads are in a spreadsheet hahaha.

Basically I look for specific profiles that are from a search criteria I input on LinkedIn/Sales Nav. One of the checklist is if they posted something recently. After that I send them a connection message, once they accept send a message thanking them for the connection and third message is where I message them my services.
