Perhaps a former customer could answer this question better. I can say that we have people use our traffic for alot of different things but if you look through the thread you can see that most report back good things.
We have a cap that we can set, where you won't get over 1,000 visitors if that is what you are asking. It is a bit finicky sometimes so I'm not sure how well it works. We have several different speeds to send the traffic so we usually just set each customer's campaign to which ever speed is most appropriate for what they want. So if you wanted 1,000 per day to stretch a campaign for 20 days that can be done easily.

I know you say this is adsense safe, but based on your experiences is it safe to inflate CPA conversions using this traffic? Can I send the traffic to a CPA offer without it raising red flags?
How long on average do visitors stay on the page.... are they required to stay on the page for a certain amount of time before leaving?
Can I give you several URLs for a single campaign.. or would you rather have me give you a single URL that automatically rotates to different redirects instead?

Yes the traffic should be safe with pretty much anything you could use it with because they are real people that we send. There isn't any traffic that is 100% safe since there is still room for click fraud with real users , but we've never had any problems.
They aren't required to stay at your site for a certain amount of time. We can't say how long they'll be on the page however they are not automatically redirected away, they must do it themselves.
The minimum campaign for a url is 10k, so you can give us multiple urls as long as no single url is set up for less than 10k. If you want to split multiple urls up among the 10k and you have rotating url that will work just fine (as long as none of the urls have pop-ups).
