Speech to text on Premiere Pro 2022 issue?

Hello everyone. Does anyone use cracked Premiere Pro 2022 here? I wanted to try the new speech-to-text feature as it has additional files that need to be downloaded, but I couldn't figure out how to set them to work. Because in the Premiere Pro it still shows that I need to download the language pack from the cloud, but since its cracked, I cannot. Does anyone have an idea how to solve this?

P.S. I don't want to hear comments about "just buy the official"
