Free Host that allows map files to be uploaded and downloaded

So basically I'm looking for a free host with good upload speeds (better than Hostgator's) that allows custom maps, for games like Counterstrike Source and Team Fortress 2, to be uploaded to their server. That way people that join my server can download the files from the free host's server instead of the crappy GameServers.com servers. I tried to do this with HostGator but they don't allow very high download speed (it still takes too long for players that join my server to download the custom map).

So yeah, I know I'm asking a lot but +rep and thanks for the person who can help me out here!
