I should add anyone doing this will need to add a twist to it - as WordPress site owners are in for 100s of spam referrers per day from BHW members.m he he.

No, the fake traffic will go to random people's websites and they will click on the actual links.

Because OP is not actually visiting the sites and he is increasing their bandwidth cost by sending bot traffic for his own profit. This could be serious. Make sure you don't send bot traffic to lawyer sites LOL

Seriously doubt that any big site would care at all, not to mention even notice.
My "bandwith cost" that they would have to pay is probably way less than one thousandth of a cent, it is completely nothing.
You really think they would "sue" (lol) you for cents?

Referrals or "Referrer" is data collected by the analytics of a website to show where users are coming from.
This information can be faked, and instead you could put your own website as the source of visits.

Some website owners check their analytics religiously, and obsess over all details. So when they see the fake referrer you put in their analytics, they will visit it and check it out. Some of them even buy the affiliate stuff you are promoting.

You also don't have to promote affiliate programs, you could spin this however you like. However you can make money with traffic, you can use for this.

That is not a great idea honestly.
You know what they say, something about eggs and a basket. Yeah don't do that.
It's a numbers game, the more websites you visit, the bigger chance you will get sales.
Instead stretch out that 100 visits to 50 websites, then you will see a bigger effect.

The biggest test I have done was 4 visits for each website, and I got a phishing report on my service that I was in charge of at the time.

Only 50% of the sites are online.
