Ideas to get in touch with spotify artists?

Let's say I have something similar to a playlist curator service, the problem is that I don't know where I can contact new artists to sell them the service. So far I have done it through some forums but I would like to know other ways.

Well, you can contact them via social media. You can dm them or write a mail about your services. If they find it interesting, they will write back to you.

I would guess that the artists will be looking for your services at the point of their needs. Creating good content like on youtube or SEO would bring in hot leads. Plus set yourself as trusted authority on the topic. Maybe even linkedin could be an approach, cold emails/messaging direct + posts on your profile showing expertise/solution.

Thanks for the answers, the problem is that if I search by hashtags on instagram I can't sort by parameters in the search to find artists.
