As far as I know, it has been consistent at 1 website visit/second, so something like 3,600/hour and 86,400/day?

That technically only applies to one subscription, so you could probably "exploit" RapidAPI by making more accounts and make a script that would take multiple API keys. That would double up the speed with every account. Might not work, I don't know.

Fully depends on your implementation of the idea.

With SEO/Traffic affiliate programs implementation, I was able to earn ~$50/month from 300k website visits.

The total cost of doing that was only the API I used. It was $40/month for 1 million visits, doing the Math, it should total up to $150/month for a one time $40 cost, since the affiliate programs I have used had lifetime commissions, and I could just cancel my subscription after a month of using the API.

Plus you can always make your own python/puppeteer script if you have the resources needed for scale.

Also lets not forget the real winner here, which is the affiliate programs. $40 at an average of 15% commission is about $250 in sales.
So technically, you could make your own service and sell it using referrer spam as well.

This can be scaled depending on how big of a list you have. And who you are targeting.

- Block all elements from the page to save bandwidth.

I think is possible only to send requests.
If you have time you can create a more complex one, wait for 200 response code and send request, check if the website is an wordpress one and have a specific plugin installed (analytics one).
