Before being restricted, the campaign was reviewed and evaluated by Facebook for the level of violation

First & second time rejected due to Circumventing systems. After that I changed my creative, copywriting & cloak site to non-cloak site. Its already stuck in review for around 15 hours..

There is no official announcement about this by FB. BM accounts are locked even if there is no action on BM. You can appeal if FB reports your campaign is in error. I had the same situation as you but the campaign will be active a few minutes after I appeal
