Coordinated attacks on etsy or just pure paranoid disorder?

Context: I started an etsy shop about a week ago. Three days after that i got my first sale, and it was been a pretty constant 1-2 sales a day from there, hit a 100 bucks in sales just yesterday. Thing is I just got hit with like 4 different sales in the past 15 minutes, which would be a massive win for some, but...how to explain it...my niche is not the most clean one out there. You can see https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/journey-etsy-shop-from-0-to-10k-a-month-selling-magic-spells-yes-you-read-that-right-week-1-100-earned.1480858/.

Maybe I'm paranoid, maybe I'm just a shitty person and that's why I tend to think the worse of others, but looking through the accounts I realize one seems legit but the other two do not. Idk, I just find it weird that I got suddenly spiked with 4 different orders. Could it be a competitor that just discovered my shop trying to flag it before it gets big? Or should I just start taking my meds?

PD: tell me if this is not the right subforum to post this. I'm not really seeing any better lol

Why do you think those accounts are illegal?
If it's a competitor, the most they can do is leave negative feedback and request a refund. At the start of a new store, negative reviews are of course bad, but fixable :)

Why do you think those accounts are illegal?

They had like 0 following, 0 like shops, 0 favourited items.

It turns out I was just being paranoid lol. The Etsy algorithm has just picked up my shop and that was the end of it.
