ahrefs is now over demand

im using many tools like semrush / ahresf / keywords tools.

but in my point of view ahrefs is now over demanding,

1. they have removed 7 days trial
2. 1 credit for 1 keyword search
3. 1 credit for 1 domain search
4. 500 credit per month is not enough

give me your suggestions on this

They are not making enough money. And now they are milking whatever is left.

Even in group buys, they have daily limits. More restrictions are imposed in using the tool, and most of the time it's under maintenance.

Ahrefs is the best tool but not the most affordable one so it depends on pocket size to decide if to use it or not.
Semrush is a good alternative and it's affordable thanks to the fact it still offers free trails.
Although I love Ahrefs but I have moved to other tools for bulk of my work.
I still use it when needed but carefully.

But Semrush maybe gradually catched up and even better good at sth, who knows.

Try SEMRush, it's a great alternative.

The price points for each are similar. I vibrate between them both now. Ahrefs had a hold on the market for a few years, but now, with their greed, the data becomes less & less worth it.

Why not explore other tools in the market if AHREF is way too costly?

I often use ubersuggest as I have the lifetime plan (I bought it for $120). I agree that it is way too basic than AHREF but for basic queries and keyword research it is a good tool to have with you. There are some other features that make it a useful and handy tool like - website audit, find similar websites, find similar keywords, etc.

The price point is similar, but if you're getting close to Ahrefs' limits, SEMRush will offer more value for your money. That is what I wanted to say.

For some reason, I've always been drawn to SEMRush instead of Ahrefs and I have been using SEMRush and it's been good so far.
