Twitter Trending: ingoing and outgoing access to the Twitter API is broken

Twitter just shutdown it's OWN access to it's OWN API and it throws up the error stating that they don't have a subscription plan setup to access it. You really can't make this stuff up anymore, it's insane. Twitter's own website is rejecting native api calls.

There's something going on at least on the PC - follows, likes, retweets, views are not updating properly.
