CPA with Instagram reels?

Hi Bhw fam,

I recently started posting reels on IG, i have managed to gain 12k followers in under a month from reels and my reels get anywhere from 100k-3m views. On Tiktok whenever i put a cta in the video like "link in bio" the video would not get any reach. On the other hand instagram seems to not care. So i am currently testing it using OGads content locker for a giveaway i am doing. So i have set up a giveaway on my website, i use the cta "$500 giveaway in bio" on my reels. I will be testing this to see if it works because i have not heard much about IG monetization lately.

Let me know if anyone is monetizing there instagram so we can bounce ideas.

Any CTA on tiktok does not get any reach?

Maybe you should find a way to put that without tiktok detecting it - check other tik toks until you find someone who does it.

Of course tiktok they don't want the traffic to leave.

Maybe try something like check comments, or try some "designs" CTAs that do not get detected.

I am not talking from experience.

Yeah they are extremely strict with that stuff, i have tried multiple different ways and since i have 280k followers i decided its best to just keep it clean and try get people onto my ig using my TT instead of trying to monetise it until i find a safe way. Wouldnt want to loose all my hard work to a ban.

So i tried adding the cta in the video instead of the bio, no reach. When i put it in the description it never gets reach. When i have a cta in my profile bio my videos get much less reach in general. The only working method i found was showing the cta/link in the video for like 2-3 seconds but was not really converting so i just stopped trying ctas on tiktok, by ctas i am only talking about ctas for conversions. That they will have to leave the TikTok app. Ctas like (follow,like etc) dont get less reach

There is a thread someone made here, he used to work on the TikTok content moderation team. He said also that they have a team that checks the comment sections of videos, but tbh i have not thought about trying that so thank you i might give it a go. TikTok is too strict tbh
