1. It renews at the same price. It doesn't automatically increase by the next term.

2. Our Germany and USA locations have daily backups with 30-day retention for free. Other locations are weekly or monthly, with only one backup retention.

3. Very similar to cPanel. It has everything that cPanel offers, yet the UI is quite different. But if you click and browse a few times, you can familiarize yourself with it in no time at all.

You could go ahead with the $9 web hosting plan itself, given that the storage would be enough.

Daily backup is available in Cloud too. Same 30 Day data retention.

Never used them before, so I can't really comment. But ours overall is fast performing, comes with daily backups, and uptime is stellar. It might be the same with Serverikus too, but I don't really know.

I know that this is not an excuse, but be assured, we're working on improving the situation by trying to hire people from other countries, so one country staff can enjoy holidays with proper work-life balance while other takes care of the work.

Tickets have been responded to on an average of 30 minutes in the last couple of days. So, if you ever try to chat and don't get a reply there, I strongly suggest creating tickets. FYI, tickets are handled by a different team, and chats are handled by different teams. So sometimes, tickets might be faster than chat.
