i cant understand where to start it. there are many things to acknowledge before this step by step

I don't think you can understand text replies and instructions. You should search on YouTube to get better knowledge about blogging. Without knowledge, success will not be easy.
 
Follow passive income geek on YT
You'll get a basic idea of how the business works.
 
Well think of a topic where you have a passion ,you know something or at least you want to learn about
Next create your website by buying your domain name and host
Start by posting great articles in your niche
Also you must document yourself on youtube the tehnical stuff ,how to rank etc as nobody can teach you in just one post in here
 
There are many guides on the forum on how to start a blog. Just make sure that you have passion for any topic you choose.

You should know about wordpress. All blogs are made on this platform these days.

This should get you started...
  1. Do KW research to find a niche & find KW's relating to your niche
  2. Get hosting
  3. Install WordPress
  4. Install theme and plugins
  5. Create content focusing on the keywords that you found in step 1
  6. Post content and do on-page SEO
  7. Do off-page SEO <--- you may want to wait to do this step until you have a few posts.
  8. Repeat steps 5 to 7...
  9. Monetize
Watch a few videos if you don't understand some of the steps
