I just started a new experiment of having my 9 main tasks outlined with process documents, and each time I finish one task in that particular category, I go to the next process document to refresh my mind and prepare it for that particular category of task, and all the different things (thanks to a toc) I have to think about. Seems to work wonders, as you sort of know, if you don't have a process document finished, and ready to delegate to someone else, then its far from finished or effective, but certainly can be with some elbow mayonnaise.
Works well, it helps open and close the thinking of that particular aspect, and you tend not to think about what you might be missing somewhere else in your business after a few days. So while you wanna play, you can enjoy yourself, knowing that your processes are being developed well, and catered for every day, in even the smallest aspect of moving forward.
