4th Victim on this thread alone.. and it seems Lil fishy that still PP chargebacks are happening even his account got limited few weeks ago.

To all I still didn't get the money. He always says that he is on vacation from past 1 week. Don't know when he ll be back and how many days we have to wait and waste our time.

the conversation is a complete headache.
Anyway, i dont want to take sides but maybe he has problems with paypal for real.
i know how unfair paypal is as ive been limited by paypal up to now for numerous times even i have the documents that they ask for.

once they limit you, theres only one chance that you can protest your case.
after that, you cant send them a message anymore. you just have to wait if they'll buy your reason and unlimit you.

and another thing, he said his PP is a personal and not a premiere, a big factor why PP accts usually get limited.

i dont know whats the truth but if he is really a scammer, then **** him, he should be banned immediately. atleast you guys made us aware about him.

I doubt his account is limited because he did chargeback by his bank. So he bought service and after some weeks went to his bank and most likely told that he didn't authorize transaction. I consider this as fraud and scam.
