I've been involved with uploading on tube sites like XVideos and Pornhub.
The only difference, I make money on the actual tube site!
Not via affiliate programs.

This one is performing well. There were not that many uploads.
I know the niche.
I believe more could be done with this niche...

You'd need to upload relevant content.
Uploading videos that are 10 Years old and were boring even back then, that's obviously not going to lead to results.
Same thing for other tube uploaders.
If the video has already been uploaded 10 times, how succesful could upload number 11 possibly be?
I know which niches perform well, based on samples of hundreds/thousands of uploads.

No offense, but i have video uploads that exceed 20 million views.
Of course, this is not normal and it takes lots of tries to get there.
But it still proves a point.
Which is, there is a big difference between high quality manual uploads, and mass uploading.





In my experience that's usually a red flag.
Good content shows performance, almost immediately.

Agreed. Also, don't forget about languages.
Just a very simple example.
If i translate english into my native language.
Use google translate, and the result is so bad that the language is not recognizable!
So I always manually translate that part.
There are lots of things that can be done with titles/keywords.

Scaled this to around 150-250 $ per day range consistently since 1 month, looking to scale a bit more for multiple niches
Took lot of effort, currently managing few people to do so
I think the key is :
- Verified xvideo accounts (super important)
- source video from PH (viral ones amateur)
- forced thumbnail trick (important)
- good way to move people from video to your website
- consistently quality uploads

I've also made a custom tool that automatically takes the video and edit it according to my needs
Now i need to decide more niches and start scaling a bit more

There are some accounts sellers around groups in telegram but they are pretty expansive, but i think they are really needed or you will literally get 0 views

Since I have been in this industry for quite some time and do not only XV, but also PH, and all other big sites I def do not trust OP fully.

Doing cpa, with a smartlink will def not give you that many clicks or $ in that short amount of time with that small number of videos. Time of reupload spam is over unless you have serious infrastructure behind you which includes bots for uploading + bots for making unique videos with specific metadata + bots for mass watermarking + bots for thumbnail + large number of verified aged accounts/channels + affordable proxies (resi or 4/5g).

Xvideos nowadays is incredibly strict with what you promote and it is getting worse everyday. For example they do no allow OF even mentioned in the bio, and its a matter of time when they will fully ban it from watermarking too, same goes for spammy videos. PH and others will follow. Make no mistake they see and know when you are spamming and what are you promoting.

For those who wanna buy accounts - be very careful because sites can track where the accounts were made on what device and by who, what ip and browser was used, and be also careful since most of verified accounts are made with fake IDs, so you could get in trouble.

For those who still wanna spam u can only do it with a proper infrastructure as mentioned top. Without that you will waste your time.
The best adult game is finding real models and working with them long term, not just for OF, but many different things.

Again, nothing personal but OP is a newbie account to this site and I don't have to spend too many words on newbie accounts since most of us who have been here for a while know what's going on.

I am with you in this point since he said get videos from PH and upload on XV. That is like a death penalty. XV and PH are in a war with each other and doing that will result in definitive ban.

Better to create your own website and enjoy unlimited organic traffic. Or work with a real model and promote her content for a % of revenue.

I been on Pornhub as a content creator a couple years now its going okay. Signed up for Xvideos couple of months ago.

The xvideos upload page is killing me so time-consuming and I have filled it out to then have the upload fail!

Got any advice for this? I am also following this and very interested in expanding.

This was just a little test, we need to get 300k-500k views per day to make some decent $
Buy a verified profile, use a catchy thumbnail + title ( only high quality )
In the end, metrics are always similar on any platform
CTR, avg view time, engagement, etc...
There are a few tricks that you can use that help ranking but I prefer not to share
Since the system itself works I will try to scale and see what happens with many channels and uploads ( probably 5 videos high quality per day )
Pretty sure I can reach 50-100 $ day fast
Later on, I will figure out and improve the monetization part, for now, my goal will be to generate a high number of daily views

After reading many of these journeys, I find it fascinating how many of these guys show tiny progress/results and all of a sudden comeback one day to tell the world that they reached their daily income goal or that they sold the business for xxxxx$ to somebody else (when they never even showed any promising statistics). OP was struggling to make even 5 dollars per day in January and all of a sudden he is making $150-250 per day 2 months later. He never posted any progress screenshots/updates in-between or after either. Ego is a tough thing to fight!

No one here thinks making $100 a day is impossible lmfao What I do think though is that you didn't star making 150-250$ per day when you were not even able to generate 5 dollars pd 2 months before. There is a bunch of experienced members that are doubting you as well, must be for a reason... Post the stats and prove us wrong
