Should i forget about my domain?

Have the same issue. Main url is indexed when I search with site:url but none of the 80 posts is indexed, nothing in the serps even for ultra low competition kws. Url is several years old but had nearly no content, since November I reactivated and add daily content.

The difference with you is that your posts aren't indexed.

With my situation, the posts are indexed but just completely not showing on google yet it was ranking not long ago.

I didn't abandon the site and instead worked hard to improve it.

Eventually, my efforts paid off, and my site was released from the supplemental index and moved into the main index.

Can you share what activities you kept on doing so that your site came out of the supplemental index? (Backlinks, content, etc.?)

Nothing at all, I actually wish there was a message there so I know what is going on. To have EVERY link/keyword removed is crazy.

It does. Sounds like manual action TBH. Thus my question. Sometimes it takes weeks for the manual action to be reported in webmaster console.

I keep checking, so far nothing shows ups. Says "no issues detected"

Yes all my pages come up...yet they not visible on google search for that or a keyword. I was even ranking for many keywords then in one day. Everything gone

Okay so inurl:yourdomain only shows my homepage but site:yourdomain shows all my pages

I wouldn't simply just junk the domain. It's only been a few days since the 26th, and Google has data farts like this all the time. Unless the site in question is the only one you work on, I'd personally give it a month to work on other projects and let any dust settle before deciding on what action to take.

i'm working on a site right now that is nowhere to be found but is definitely indexed. i'll do a quick link campaign involving links from sites i know are very valuable, a day or two will pass with no change, suddenly i am on page 1 for multiple keywords, a day will pass and i'm gone again, then maybe a week or so later i'll go back and check rankings and it's been going up and down for two weeks, and fnally will settle somewhere higher than i was before the campaign, but not page 1.

people used to call this "google dance", but i think fart is a better descriptor.

Yes! Most my keywords rank on page 1 in Bing. But let's be honest, we want google traffic

Same here. With over 95% market share Google rules the industry and we all want traffic from Google only. But given in current situation, I think it is best to give up on the domain and the website and start afresh with a new one. There is no point wasting time, efforts and money on some shadow banned / supplementary indexed website with no guarantee that it will come out of it.

What do you think?

It's definitely a shitty thing, I wouldn't mind my keywords moving around but not have my keywords totally dissappear. Google took my site out completely even though pages show indexed on console and "site:...."

I agree with you, but I'll wait till end of March. If nothing happens then I'll dump it because what's the point.

it could be your link velocity. if googlebot keeps finding tons of links every day then it could be too much. i've never tested this myself because i don't do much more than on-site SEO and a few strong links with supporting tier 2 links. someone on this forum said that they blast tons of comment links constantly to their money site, like millions of links a week, and they are consistently on page 1. that'd be a fun case study, but i don't have the time to take on another one right now.

Your website has been placed in Google's supplemental index due to content quality issues. This means you will need to put in a considerable amount of effort to improve the quality of your content if you want to regain visibility on the main indexer.

I haven't really done any linkbuilding to it , also yes it seems my site is non existence. There's no manual action or anything to help indicate what's wrong or how to fix.

Probably but they don't even mention anything in the console. Google should have stated something if they decide to remove sites from the serps yet it shows indexed on console and using "search:mydomain" feature.

Also I just checked console and one of my keywords shows "2" position yet when I checked serps it doesn't exist at all. See how messed up this thing is lol. So my keywords/links are no where on Google yet console shows positions.
