I have filled my account on this plateform with enough to get 4000 hours and 1k subs, the service is claiming that retention is between 10-15 min, non drop, lifetime guaranteed blabla...
I only received 45 hours from 2000 views witch is around 1 minute retention, and now views have dropped from 2300 views to 1700, witch makes (non drop) a lie as well.
from what I see, they are maybe just renaming their services and selling them at higher prices.
Anyways, I have contacted the support for a solution, and as you can see from their responses, they don't seem welling to help with the service, nor give me a refund for the money that is unused in my balance.
I'm sharing this post just to spread some awareness, and if you are willing to use any smm panel, please make sure to pay the absolute minimum to test the service, then you can decide if it's worth it or not.

The quality of of service is what matters even if someone's reselling.
Every time I see people are complaining about either the service quality or the customer support.
I don't remember when but just browsing through BHW while waiting for my order on my phone I recently saw some SMM panel seller from marketplace had posted in HAF of WTB for a social exchange platform account with credits.
I mean those addmefast type social exchange website, now in that case just expect what would be the quality of service.
And what's funny is that most emails I get from SMM panels use phrases like: responsible, accountable, trustworthy etc.

Yeah man, I wish I knew it before.
Their support are useless, they don't care about any report images, they just give useless answers.

I am running a panel too. And I ll always refund customer if the order is not delivered.

There are some quality customer support panels out there, but majority of them are scammers (not going to refund even if the problem is on their side).

they don't really care. I looked up in google for their customers reviews, their trust pilote profile is already banned, and people are complaining about them everywhere.

Yes, they don’t care about anything. But there are tons of panels who don’t care also here on BHW.
