Noindex + Nofollow + Disallow in Robots

Still getting indexed.... Anyone know why that would happen?

Roughly 40k customer login pages being indexed but all are noindex, nofollow, and blocked in robots. Started happening on the 14th of February. The same day G started shaking things up. They just started not respecting the robots or the tags. Any insight would be much appreciated.

That's your problem right there.

Bot should be allowed to see the page, otherwise it will not see the noindex tag.

Well it's still seeing them somehow as they are being indexed.

Removal from index can take time once they are in.

Try removing the disallow rule on some pages and see if it works.
