You can use multiple channels. But you have to choose different niches for your YouTube channels.

Maybe you are a relative of YouTube .

Depends on in you try to interconnect the accounts. Anything less than around 10 accounts should be fine

4-5 channels should be fine. If you do a hundred though you should get a dedicated IP address for every one of them.

so many people have no clue and just parrot some nonsense they heard from somewhere. You can absolutely run multiple yt accounts with the same IP but you need to store cookies for each account or keep cookies blank for each account every time you stop using it
It also depends how you are using accounts, but if it's like regular user and one account at a time you don't even need proxies if your IP is clean

people give these companies too much credit and it becomes all knowing god in their eyes

this is the same like people parroting "content is king", "backlinks are dead" for years yet some people still rank with pure spam even these days.

What do you mean by clean IP?
