Instagram DM bot got account blocked

I had the DM bot on my account messaging 1 person every minute, and a max of messaging 8 accounts per hour, but with only 5 different messages for spintax. Did i get blocked because the messages were too repetitive or because my account needs more time between each message? And what settings would you guys recommend for automation of messages to not get blocked? Thanks

Was the DM bot running on API or on web? Web-based tools tend to drastically decrease your action limits in my experience so you may want to look into switching/upgrading your bot.

Instagram has some limits on what actions should be strictly followed. If you regularly violate the limits, Instagram will block you. Consistency is key , you can create more accounts and do messaging manually, it gives you more credibility and it's more secure

For messages or comments we need to be careful, so that they don't like botted, ie look more like a human. Because otherwise people also have the option to report them, which is not that great.

Could be a bit of the repetitive. Whatever the DM cap of Instagram is, try to not get there in a short span of time. Space out the DMs over the course of 24 hours instead, see if that makes it any better.
