Hotmail / outlook confirmation for twitter account

Recently I started experiencing problems with retrieving twitter accounts via hotmail / outlook confirmation.

I log into the hotmail and it says the hotmail is currently locked and I need to do a phone confirmation to unlock the hotmail.

when I enter a number it says "We cannot send a text message to this number."

A month ago I had no problem with this, it just sometimes doesnt work.


I tried with real numbers (my personal number, and other numbers as well) it say "We cannot send a text message to this number." every time.

does that mean the hotmail account is permanently banned or will it work later?


In my experience when this happened before, it would not work for a couple of days and then a week later it worked again.



what do you guys think and what is your experience on this? any advice?

I assume, the problem is not Twitter but the hotmail account recovery. Did you check if you used same phone number during registration. or if you used vpn that time and now using home ip

yea the IP is different than the one the accounts were registered at.

but I usually dont have problems retrieving a hotmaill / outlook address.

nope, always used a random number and mostly it worked.

As you know, Twitter is very dynamic and makes changes almost every week (lately). Now Twitter doesn’t support phone numbers of several countries. The similar situation took place some time ago (when Musk bought Twitter). But this problem can be solved.

yea I wonder about that, twitter doesnt support real number from almost every phone confirmation provider on the internet, doesnt even accept some real numbers that I bought.

what is the way that people can successfully do PVA on twitter?

nah it was intent to retrieve my twitter accounts (1,700 accounts 1 year old...)

but they are probably gone forever :/

ill buy new ones hopefully they will work

would you advise me things when buying accounts? is the IP the account was registered a problem or is it more the actions and how you use the account compared to the registration?

because people selling pre aged accounts with a couple of followers for 2 USD (that are not even phone number confirmed) and you can buy 10-20 softregistered accounts for that price.

I havent felt a difference outside the first login to be honest.

it happend to me a few times, not receiving the sms is because some times they do not support this option for certain countries, but not receiving the code through hotmail seems like a problem not from twitter but from hotmail services takes some time but they will fix it.

Essentially, hotmail has flagged the email for bot behavior. This can happen if you use a VPN, logging in more than 2 accounts from hotmail. Once they flag your number it is burned.
