New account after a ban

I can share my experience for this similar thing. I created a TikTok account before on Jan. And then I uploaded more than 20 videos, but it's weird, I only got about 200 views for each video. So, I decided to give up that account. I got a jailbreak for that iphone, and changed the IP address. Plus, I recreated a new TikTok account, and uploaded some kind of funny videos. Guess what? I got 1000 followers after two weeks.

@PhDEagle this is a good read, I’ve been trying out the same thing regarding IMEI bans, proxy, factory resetting, and Apple ID.
