Need some help and your opinion about Facebook ads

Hello.
I'm looking a way to promote my website on Facebook, threw Facebook ads, but because of my geo location, and their Geo-blocking I'm unable to do so.
I want to target USA/Canada costumers, looking to increase my traffic to the website.
So I've searched the forum and I found to type of services.
1)One that people sell you American Facebook Account with no limitations and posting the ads myself, or
2)People that do all the campaigns for you and they take small profit for doing that.

What is your experience with both services ?|

The best thing to save money for you is to set up the campaign yourself

I will choose option 2, because many times when your campaign violates FB's policy, it is easy to die, while you choose option 2 they will replace you with a new account and still have the service fee.

Hey, Regarding FB advertising. you have to remember, FB will find out any way that you are not the actual person who open that account and banned you. the second option is also not sustainable. I would suggest you to open a virtual company in UK or Estonia. then take a FB agency account from HTTPOOL then do it from there. your both option I tried and but they are not sustainable. so build our own history in FB ads through HTTPOOL agency FB account. Thanks for the replay, however that is to much work for a gig that might not work anymore in the next 2-3 months
