Which solution did you use with them?
What exactly went wrong? Maybe it was just a network related issues?

Which CMS you are using? If WordPress then it could be the issue with the plugins you've installed.
Have you tried contacting them regarding the issue?

I've been using Namecheap since many years, without any speed issues. Perhaps for the hosting you selected, it's server specs (speed, etc) was not enough for your technical requirements. Namecheap is known for hosting reliability, as far as what I know.

Quality of shared hosting at Namecheap degraded in the past years.
I can't speak for the higher packages as I didn't tried anything except cheap and shared.

I avoid getting shared hosting unless I am okay with the site being a little slow. I am interested in knowing what exactly went wrong in your case.
Which one do you suggest because I am also having the same issue with NameCheap shared hosting?

They always tell you to disable plugins, But to be honest it's not working I only have 8 websites there.

Few Minutes my CPU was 0 % Then I refreshed a domain hosted there, and boom.

This is frustrating.

For me big downside is: their dashboard is weird .....
Old domains removed at my third party registrar, showing up in my dashboard, I can't delete them.

Another domain from namecheap I not use anymore, can't delete it, only set auto renewal off.

Makes me confusing their dashboard, why I can't delete domains?
